The service I received was outstanding. The owner was fast, courteous, and pleasant. He had my car unlocked and made a new key all in about half an hour. I definitely recommend him, and while I hope I don't ever lose my key again, I will call him if I do.

Fast, friendly, and fairly affordable. I locked my keys in my car. I called and was given a time estimate of 15-25 minutes. the locksmith came after less than 15 minutes, he helped search my keys, and he even took my call later when I had a few questions. I definitely recommend them and use them again!!!!

I used the service for my garage door. One of my springs for the garage door broke and it's very difficult to raise the door trapping our two cars inside. Most people can't wait days for someone to come and replace these springs. I was given a time slot and a ball park figure. There were multiple national garage door companies who seemed slick in their presentations and also games the expectations that they would inspect the door and then give a price. All that sounds very professional but I've been in sales over 25 years. There are a lot of up charges involved in that setting of expectations. If you aren't willing to do the work as they've played out you're on the hook for 50-75 dollars for an estimate. I realize that people on both sides of the equation can be sketchy and or dishonest. We live in a different time where customer service no longer is a standard in business. This company fully delivered on time in budget with great customer service. I would easily refer them any time any where.
